Wise Solutions professional development seminars have a significant impact on staff well being. The 9th International Mental Health Conference was this year held on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
Amongst the speakers were our very own Dr Helen Street and Mr Neil Porter presenting findings from onging research examining the effectiveness of Wise Solutions professional development seminars. The presentation examined the importance of motivations controlling goal setting and pursuit in the development and maintenance of ongoing well being. Findings suggest that strategies focusing on healthy means of goal setting provide an innovative approach to stress reduction.
